Patience Jay serves as the head of talent relations at Critical Content, where she is responsible for discovering new content and ensuring that our clients are well-informed and up-to-date through managing updates, contracts, notifications, and more. Patience is the primary contact person for clients of Critical Content and brings with her a decade of experience in the music industry prior to joining our team.
